A well-known politician, Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Martin Chungong, who paid an official visit to Uzbekistan, regretted one point during the conversation. Although more than half of the planet's population is under the age of 30, the share of young MPs worldwide is less than 2.6 percent. The high-ranking guest praised the fact that in Uzbekistan this figure exceeded 6%. No doubt, this is a great recognition.
