An International Partnership Initiatives Week “New Uzbekistan: Development, Innovation and Enlightenment” has started in Uzbekistan.

The event’s grand opening was held in parallel with the opening ceremony of the Event Hall building on the territory of the SUE Uzbekfilm Concern.

First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sodik Safoyev, First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Akmal Saidov, Minister of Culture and Tourism Ozodbek Nazarbekov, and others noted that the material, cultural, spiritual heritage of Uzbekistan is the greatest wealth of the country and people.

Based on the new approach, work is being carried out in the renewed Uzbekistan to study and promote the rich cultural heritage. International Partnership Initiatives Week aims to promote the national heritage, create opportunities for dialogue between scientists and foreign colleagues, and determine plans. Representatives from many foreign countries are expected to attend the event.

The Event Hall building will become a platform for dialogue, exchange of opinions among creative people and scientists, and presentations of educational projects.

Meetings are planned to study Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage in museums and art institutions, as well as presentations, conferences, screenings, and discussions of films.

The first event was a show of theatrical musical programs.
