Abat Fayzullaev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Austria, presented Renate Winter, a member of the UN Committee for Human Rights and renown Austrian expert on family law and juvenile justice systems, Human Rights Award in the nomination "For contribution to the protection of the rights of women and children." The official award ceremony was held as part of the international conference “Human Rights Education: International Experience and National Practice”, organized by the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with the OSCE and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in a hybrid format in December 2021. During the conference, the director of the Center, academician Akmal Saidov, awarded Renata Winter with the prize "For the Protection of Human Rights". Renata Winter is a true friend of Uzbekistan, who has contributed for many years to elimination of child labor, the protection of the rights of children and youth in our country.
