Tashkent State University of Law hosted the meeting with the First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, the director of the National Human Rights Center, academician, doctor of law, professor Akmal Saidov.

The event on the theme "Strategy of New Uzbekistan and legal education" was attended by students, graduate students, doctoral candidates, and teachers of Tashkent State University of Law.

At the beginning of the event, Akmal Saidov noted that meetings with students have become a good tradition and an integral part of his work.

He also shared his experience in studying comparative law and information about the books written in recent years.

During the meeting, participants exchanged views on the history of the university, its current activities, and the importance of legal education in the development of legal literacy and the culture of citizens.

It was also emphasized during the meeting that TSUL should become a center for shaping the methodology of teaching legal science.
