As previously reported, in accordance with the National Human Rights Strategy approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Center for Human Rights established a Scientific Council on 12.0013 - "Human Rights (Legal Sciences, Sociology)". The program and the composition of the examination commission were also approved.

Another important step has been taken in the field of training highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the field of human rights as well as the development of fundamental research in this area. At the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan Postgraduate Education (Independent Researcher) in the specialties of 12.00.01 - “Theory and history of state and law, 12.00.10 - "International Law" and 12.00.13 - "Human Rights" (legal sciences, sociology) has been opened.
