Congratulations to the honored sign "Dear Woman"

On the eve of International Women's Day, among the initiative and active women of the National Centre of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights, Bakayeva Farida Khadzhimuratovna was awarded the badge “Mo'tabar ayol”, established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to radically improve activities in the field of support for women and strengthening the institution of the family” of February 2, 2018.

Farida Khadzhimuratovna worked in the prosecutor's office, research institutions, as well as in the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman)of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2006, she has been the head of the Department of Analysis and Research in the field of human rights of the National Centre of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights and selflessly serves the cause of human rights protection in our country, making a worthy contribution to the prosperity of our country and the well-being of our people.

The merits of Farida Bakaeva in the continuation of her activities are recognized by our state, she was awarded with memorable signs "20 years of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "25 years of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "25 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan", as well as in 2020 with the Breastplate " Veteran of Labor" II degree.

Having worked for over 50 years in the field of jurisprudence, F. Kh. Bakaeva took an active part in strengthening the legislative framework for ensuring human rights and freedoms, including in the preparation and development of a number of bills and the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During her work at the centre, Farida Khadzhimuratovna prepared more than 20 national reports on the implementation of Uzbekistan's international human rights obligations, conducted more than 200 legal examinations of laws and other regulatory legal acts, and published more than 100 scientific articles.

As an experienced lawyer, demanding and progressive-minded leader, Farida Bakaeva has brought up a large number of students. Today, her students work effectively in various responsible positions in the legal system of our Republic.
